Where It Began
It all began as a dream about 10 years ago when we first realized the grease trap industry was becoming a major disposal problem. Municipalities started requiring more frequent pump outs with less disposal options. Through lots of thoughts, prayers, and sleepless nights we began envisioning how to solve this problem. We set a goal five years ago to become not only a hauler but also a grease processing facility. In 2016 we began developing the site and erecting the building to house the equipment needed to begin the process of dewatering restaurant grease. Through various trade shows and by visiting multiple facilities Aaron learned the ins-and-outs and designed a facility that would be efficient and cost effective, with cutting edge equipment. We have not reinvented the wheel but have definitely learned from other people’s sites on what to do and what not to do. In the process we have developed an environmentally friendly facility that takes problematic waste and makes a usable by-product that is also environmentally friendly. We thank God for entrusting us with the resources and knowledge to have the opportunity to serve our community and grease trap customers throughout the states of Virginia, West Virginia, Tennessee, and North Carolina. We would like to give special thanks to Meitler consulting and service rep Paul Bedtke for providing their products and assisting in the start-up of our facility!
